TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 1-3 business days we suggest checking your junk mail before contacting customer support (our system sends at least 2 emails with your tracking information).
All payments are 100% secure and all information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted by SSL. Currently, we accept Credit Card payments, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is despatched, including cancellations. If a cancellation does occur in time, it will incur a merchant fee. Please note, we are unable to accept any cancellation or modification once an order has been dispatched.
Once your parcel arrives in our warehouse, we endeavour to process your return for credit within three – five business days. We are still a small team so your patience is appreciated.
No, we only offer credit notes if you wish to return your item for any reason, including if the item doesn’t suit you or appear as you expected it to. This credit note will have no expiry. Please head to our returns policy for more information.

Navigational information is used only for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and will not be shared with any outside parties.

We offer a variety of gift card values online. Once you have selected your amount and checked out, your Rooculture gift card will be generated and emailed to you ready for use.
Please know that you will receive your Rooculture e-gift card within 24 hours of purchase via email. You can then send it directly to your loved one or print and gift away!
Gift cards are delivered by email only. To redeem, simply enter your gift card number and pin at the checkout.
