RETURN POLICY

Rooculture is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for online store credit only. All parcels must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery to lodge a return for credit request. The item must be returned in as-received condition, unworn, unwashed and swing tags in place. Shipping prices not refunded.

STORE CREDIT 

Store credit notes have no expiry and can be used on our online store. Store credits can only be used in a single transaction and any unused credits will not be reinstated.

Start your return and claim your credit note via contact@rooculture.com with:

  • Customer Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Email Address

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We hope this never happens, if you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please accept our apology. Email us on contact@rooculture.com  with your full name, order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged item. Our Customer Support team will work with you to issue a replacement in the first instance. Failing that, a refund will be provided.
